Information we receive
A call gives us your number, when you rang and, if the call is recorded, the conversation itself. Browsing may produce routine statistics such as which pages were opened and on what kind of device.
Why we use it
To put you in touch with a plumber near you, to review how calls are handled and to make the website more useful. Your personal information is never sold.
Who sees it
The plumber who takes your job receives your call and anything you tell us, as do the phone-routing companies that keep the service running.
Deleting your records
Ring (708) 982-5593 and ask, and we will remove the call records we keep about you.

If the way we handle information changes, this page will say so.
